The master's thesis titled "Human Resource Management, Employment, Labor, Wages, Working Life, and Trade Unions at PTT from 1990 to the Present," written by Ayhan Açar, a student in our university's Master's Program in Political Science and Public Administration, has received the Management Recognition Award in the 2025 Thesis Competition organized by the Memur-Sen Confederation. The thesis was supervised by Dr. Hakan Yıldız, a faculty member at our university.
