Organized by the First and Emergency Aid Program of the Vocational School of Health Services at Istanbul Nisantasi University, the Paramedic Week & Badge Pinning Ceremony was held with great pride and strong participation on December 22 at the Kağıthane Campus Conference Hal.

Within the scope of the event, distinguished speakers who play an active role in various fields of emergency health services shared their knowledge and experiences with our students through inspiring presentations:

•  PRM. Dündar Bakır – The emergency healthcare chain starting with a single cal
•  PRM. Hilal Adalmış – Working environments in hospitals from a graduate’s perspective
•  Dr. Mustafa Yıldız – The past, present, and fields of practice of the profession
•  PRM. Intern Dr. Murat Öntemel – From the field to the clinic: from paramedic to physician

The sessions were moderated by Lect. Ahmet Miraç Titiz and Lect. İhsan Kurt, creating an interactive atmosphere that enhanced professional awareness and guided students’ career journeys.

One of the most meaningful and proud moments of the program was the badge pinning ceremony, during which students of the First and Emergency Aid Program pinned the symbols of their profession, marking an important milestone in their journey to becoming paramedics.
