The patent entitled "S-Oxo Hydrazide-Hydrazone

Derivative Compounds Exhibiting Anticancer Activity and Methods for the Synthesis of These Compounds," for which Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aynur Müdüroğlu Kırmızibekmez, a faculty member of the Department of Basic Sciences at our university, is among the inventors, has been officialy granted by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.

Developed through a collaboration between our university, a partner university, and industry stakeholders, this invention represents a significant scientific and technological contribution toward the development of novel compounds that may be used in cancer treatment.
