Istanbul Nişantaşı University demonstrated exemplary social solidarity during the “NEV One Drop of Blood, Thousand Hopes – 1” blood and stem cell donation event, organized as part of the Health and Awareness Days.
The event, held in cooperation with the Turkish Red Crescent and supported voluntarily by 91 student clubs, attracted strong interest from our students as well as our academic and administrative staff throughout the day at the Kağıthane Campus Foyer Area.
Hundreds of our students voluntarily donated blood and stem cells at the donation stations set up throughout the event, offering hope to those in need. The active participation of student clubs ensured that the event was completed with both strong engagement and high awareness.
Organized under the coordination of the SKS Department, the event reflected our university’s strong commitment to social responsibility.
This initiative, carried out to highlight the life-saving impact of blood donation, is planned to continue in the coming period with broader-scale awareness projects.
