Assoc. Prof. Dr. Umut Davut BAŞOĞLU, a faculty member of the Department of Recreation at the School of Physical Education and Sports of our university, participated in the “Sports Tourism Panel and Workshop in Bolu, the Heart of Nature”.

The event brought together academics and sector representatives who are experts in their fields to exchange knowledge and experience on the development of sports tourism, nature-based recreational activities and sustainable tourism approaches.

Representing our university at the event, our academic contributed to the programme through his academic knowledge and studies in the fields of recreation, trekking, hiking and orienteering.
