Students and faculty members of the Tourism and Hotel Management Program had the opportunity to explore the Housekeeping Department of Raffles Istanbul Hotel during a technical training visit.

Through hands-on training conducted in luxury segment rooms, students gained valuable insights into the hospitality sector. They also engaged in one-on-one discussions with the department manager, gaining both theoretical knowledge and practical experience through active participation in the training process.

We extend our sincere thanks to Mr. Rıdvan Özden, Housekeeping Manager, for his warm hospitality and valuable contributions.
