Students and academic staff of the Department of International Trade and Business Administration at Istanbul Nişantaşı University conducted a technical visit to Yeşilköy Customs Directorate to observe foreign trade practices on site.

As part of the visit, which aimed to support theoretical education with sectoral practice, the students had the opportunity to receive information from officials about customs procedures, foreign trade transactions, import and export practices, and how customs operations are carried out in the field.

The organisation, which aimed to help students reinforce the theoretical knowledge they had acquired throughout their education through practical experience and observe global trade mechanisms on site, made a direct contribution to their professional development.

The technical visit, which contributed to the exchange of knowledge and experience between academia and the sector, concluded with expressions of gratitude to the officials of Yeşilköy Customs Directorate.
