The 8th Sustainability Summit, organized in collaboration with the Department of Textile and Fashion Design of Istanbul Nişantaşı University and the Textile Exporters and Employees Association (TİHCAD), was successfully held on December 18, 2025, at the Neotech Campus of Istanbul Nişantaşı University.

Held under the theme “Solution: Innovation & Digital Transformation,” the summit aimed to evaluate current developments in sustainability within the textile and fashion industry, discuss innovative approaches, and raise awareness of digital transformation processes. The event brought together a wide range of stakeholders, including academics, industry representatives, technology experts, and students.

Within the scope of the summit, topics such as the current state of sustainability, eco-friendly lifestyle practices, sectoral applications of innovation, the impact of digital transformation on production and management processes, and global perspectives were presented through a multidimensional approach. Interactive surveys were conducted throughout the event to gather participant feedback, creating a value-driven and engaging program structure.

The summit contributed to strengthening cooperation between academia and industry, providing a platform for joint solution-oriented discussions centered on sustainability, innovation, and digitalization. The event offered significant benefits, particularly for students, in terms of sectoral knowledge and experience sharing, while also supporting the development of inter-institutional communication.
