Students Come Together for a Joint Class

As part of the program, the visiting delegation toured our campus and had the opportunity to learn more about the university's educational facilities and academic opportunities.

During the academic component of the visit, German students attended a joint class with students from the Department of Social Work at Istanbul Nişantaşı University. The session and presentation, delivered by Dr. Betül Çolak, Head of the Department of Social Work, introduced the department's academic structure and areas of practice.

With the active participation of students from both universities, the session facilitated an exchange of ideas on different academic approaches, educational experiences, and social work practices. The event served as an important gathering that fostered intercultural interaction and academic exchange among students.

New Opportunities for Academic Collaboration Explored

In the final part of the visit, representatives from both universities participated in a cooperation meeting to discuss potential areas of collaboration aimed at further strengthening their existing institutional relationship.

The meeting addressed Erasmus student and staff mobility, joint classes and online seminars, multiculturalism-focused initiatives, joint student projects, scientific research, and opportunities for academic publications.

The visit aims to transform the academic partnership between the two universities into new projects and collaborative initiatives through the direct involvement of students and academics.
