The "Equal Opportunities: Empowering Women in Smal Businesses" project, conducted in partnership between Istanbul Nişantaşı University's Women and Family Studies Application and Research Center and the Istanbul Business and Professional Women Association (BPW Istanbul), held an online Needs Analysis Meeting on May 16, 2025. Supported by the European Union's Civil Think Program, the project aims to develop a structured training program and a guidebook for smal enterprises. Representatives from organizations such as TÜRKONFED, SEDEFED, KAGİDER, and CEİD participated in the meeting, offering suggestions to enhance women-friendly work environments and institutional capacity. The project is set to conclude on June 30, 2025, with the outcomes intended to be disseminated across various sectors to create widespread impact.
