Under the coordination of Prof. Dr. Göknur Akçadağ (@goknurakcadag), and led by the Women and Family Studies Application and Research Center of Nişantaşı University (@nukadincalismalari), the "Empowering Women in Smal Businesses" project was carried out in partnership with @bpwistanbul (BPW Istanbul Business and Professional Women’s Association), @turkonfed, @sedefed, @kagider, @ceid, @foder, @timwings, and @tim.

The project aimed to contribute to the empowerment of smal businesses, support capacity development, encourage women's participation in the workforce, and strengthen businesses through female employment, thereby increasing their competitive advantage.

Following the opening speeches by SEDEFED President @emineperdem and Nişantaşı University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Uğur Yozgat, the final session of the training program included an evaluation of the program and the project by SEDEFED President @emineerdem, and BPW Istanbul Board Members @sedaalamdardincer and @goknurakcadag.
