The first face-to-face Project Steering Committee Meeting of the Erasmus RADIO Project, in which Istanbul Nişantaşı University is a partner, was hosted by Houari Boumediene University of Science and Technology (USTHB) in Algeria.

The project aims to enhance collaborations in research and development, promote interdisciplinary studies, and strengthen international academic cooperation. Our university was represented by Prof. Dr. Selçuk Paker from the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, serving as the Project Technical Coordinator.

During the meeting, key project activities were planned, and strategies to increase impact during the implementation phase were discussed. Participants included academics from prominent institutions such as the University of Mostaganem (Algeria), the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (Egypt), the German University in Cairo (Egypt), and the University of Pau and the Adour Region (France). Consortium members explored long-term cooperation opportunities for sustainable innovation, research, and partnerships in the Mediterranean region.
