Istanbul Nişantaşı University and the Apparel Sub-Industrialists Association (KYSD) have signed a comprehensive cooperation protocol that integrates education, production, and innovation processes that will contribute to the future of the textile and ready-to-wear sector.

Within the scope of the collaboration, it is specificaly aimed for the students of the Istanbul Nişantaşı University Textile and Fashion Design Department to establish stronger ties with the sector, support their professional development, and gain practical experience. The protocol aims to contribute to the career journeys of students by bringing together academic knowledge and sector experience.
Within the framework of the agreement, while seminars, training programs, technical trips, and joint projects are planned with the participation of sector representatives, it is also aimed to increase students' access to internship and career opportunities. In addition, it is aimed to strengthen university-industry collaboration through sustainability, innovation, and design-oriented studies.

This collaboration, which brings together KYSD's sector experience and the academic background of the Istanbul Nişantaşı University Textile and Fashion Design Department, will contribute to preparing students better equipped for the sector and training the qualified human resources needed by the textile sector.
