Meetings regarding cooperation were held between Istanbul Nişantaşı University and ASELSAN.

During the meeting held with the participation of university management and ASELSAN officials, joint work areas and potential cooperation opportunities, particularly in health technologies, were discussed. Within the scope of the discussions, evaluations were made regarding the development of university-industry collaboration.

The meeting was attended by ASELSAN Health Systems Program Director Fatih Tan, Health Systems Senior Chief Engineer Leyla Demirel, Medical Imaging Systems Program Manager Erdem Yanar, and Life Support and Diagnostic Systems Program Manager Recep Uslu.

Representing Istanbul Nişantaşı University, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ece Salihoğlu and R&D Sector Office Directors Dr. İsmail Kasap and Engineer Timuçin Bayram took part in the meetings on behalf of INU.

During the contacts, joint projects that can be carried out in the field of health technologies, research and development activities, and collaboration opportunities were evaluated. The meetings aim to contribute to the strengthening of university-industry collaboration and the development of joint efforts in related fields.

It is planned that ASELSAN officials will visit the university again in the upcoming period to continue their evaluations regarding project-based collaboration opportunities.
