The “Current Approaches to Menopause Management Istanbul Symposium,” organized in collaboration with the Menopause and Reproductive Endocrinology Association (MENÜDER) and hosted by the Faculty of Medicine at Istanbul Nişantaşı University, brought together academics, physicians, and industry representatives working in the field of women's health.

During the symposium, menopause—one of the most significant stages in a woman's life—was discussed in light of current scientific evidence. Experts and academics comprehensively evaluated the management of menopausal symptoms, menopausal hormone therapy, current treatment options, and approaches aimed at improving quality of life.

The opening speeches were delivered by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pınar Kadiroğulları, President of MENÜDER; Prof. Dr. Emrah İpek, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at Istanbul Nişantaşı University; and Prof. Dr. Ozan Doğan, Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

As part of the program, leading researchers in the field shared the latest scientific developments in menopause management with participants. Journalist and author Melis Alphan and Pilates instructor Ebru Şalı also shared their perspectives and experiences on raising public awareness about menopause.

Throughout the symposium, various institutions and companies operating in the technology, pharmaceutical, and healthcare sectors showcased their products and services through exhibition booths, providing participants with information on new products and applications.

The symposium, which served as a platform for sharing current scientific knowledge and experiences in women's health, contributed to strengthening collaboration among academia, the healthcare sector, and society.
