Mr. Hilmi Koç, General Manager of Onur Teknik and Founder & General Manager of MTI Tools, who had previously visited our university and signed a strategic Non-Disclosure Agreement with us, this time hosted our university delegation at the MTI Tools production facilities.

Representing our university, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ece Salihoğlu and R&D Industry Office Directors Timuçin Bayram and İsmail Kasap participated in the visit, during which the company’s modern production areas and high-tech manufacturing facilities operating in accordance with European standards were examined on-site.

During this positive and productive meeting, whr transforming university-industry collaboration into tangible outcomes was a key objective, the production processes of joint projects to be carried out between the two institutions were discussed in detail.

In addition to project-based discussions, the parties exchanged ideas regarding future investment opportunities and potential incentive mechanisms that could be evaluated through industry-academia cooperation in the region.
