CapEx Feasibility Meeting for the Valve-X Project with Industry Representatives

Istanbul Nisantasi University hosted an important meeting focused on innovative technologies and research and development initiatives. Industry representatives Mr. Birol Sahin and Mr. Hakan Erzaim visited the university to discuss ongoing projects and potential opportunities for collaboration.

The guests were welcomed by our Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ece Salihoglu and R&D Sector Office Directors Timucin Bayram and Dr. Ismail Kasap.

As part of the meeting, a comprehensive presentation was delivered on the Valve-X Project, focusing on its Capital Expenditure (CapEx) feasibility analysis. The presentation covered the project's technical infrastructure, investment requirements, and potential areas of application.

Following the presentation, a strategic evaluation session was held to discuss the project's R&D processes, technical aspects, and potential collaborative activities within the framework of the university-industry partnership vision.

As a result of the discussions, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) was mutualy signed to ensure the secure execution of joint R&D activities and the protection of intellectual property rights.

The meeting represented an important step toward strengthening cooperation between academia and industry, fostering innovation, and supporting the development of advanced technology projects through collaborative research efforts.
