Our Mission
As the General Secretariat of Istanbul Nisantasi University, our mission is; to ensure that al academic and administrative units of our university work effectively, efficiently, and in a coordinated manner; and to contribute to achieving strategic goals by supporting institutional decision-making processes.

Our Vision
As a General Secretariat acting with the principles of modern management, digitalization, and continuous improvement, to create an exemplary institutional management model in higher education and to lead our university's 2030 vision with a strong administrative structure.

Alignment with the Institutional Accreditation Program
The General Secretariat ensures that the university's administrative structure operates in harmony with quality assurance systems within the scope of the Institutional Accreditation Program (IAP). In this context:

• It applies measurable targets and performance indicators in Strategic Planning and Administrative Coordination processes.
• It reinforces the principle of accountability with Internal Control and Corporate Governance practices.
• It conducts regular reporting, monitoring, and evaluation within the scope of Quality Assurance Mechanisms.
• It embeds a culture of development in administrative processes with an approach of Continuous Improvement.

As the General Secretariat, our primary goal is to support Istanbul Nisantasi University's vision and strategic goals with a strong administrative structure, to ensure institutional sustainability, and to increase our university's competitiveness in the national and international arenas with a stakeholder-oriented management approach.
