2021 Project Year (2021-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000006491) Erasmus Internship Mobility Application Results Have Been Announced.
 

The Lists were created by taking 50% of the Foreign Language Score and 50% of the General Academic Grade Point Average (GANO) of the students who apply for the Erasmus Internship Mobility. 

 

Students who are on the Main List should follow the process below:

• Students in the Main List must inform the Erasmus Office via email whether they will participate in the program or not until 12.05.2023.

• In case the students who are on the Main List would like to cancel their mobility, they must fill in a Release Form and submit it to the Erasmus by 12.05.2023.

• Students who do not inform the Erasmus Office whether they will benefit from the program or not until 12.05.2023 will be deemed to released their rights and if they do not show a force majeure, -10 points will be deducted from the Erasmus total grade in their next Erasmus Mobility applications.

 

Students who are on the Reserve List should follow the process below:

• Students on the backup list can participate in Erasmus Mobility without a grant if they send a petition to the Erasmus Office until 12.05.2023.

• In case a student in the Main List waives his/her right, the grant right will be given to the next student in the reserve list.
• Even if the student in the Backup List starts the mobility without a grant and a student from the main list waives his/her right, the student who is currently participating without a grant will be paid the grant as soon as possible.
• Even if the student does not submit a petition for participation without a grant, they will be able to benefit from the mobility with a grant when the grant right comes to the student in the backup list. 
• -10 points will be deducted from the next Erasmus application if the applicant submits a petition for participation without a grant and gives up participating in the mobility without showing a force majeure.
   

IMPORTANT NOTE: Internship Mobilities to be carried out within the scope of this project are limited to the duration of the project numbered 2021-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000006491. The project end date is 31.10.2023. Therefore, the students must complete their internship mobility (for a minimum of 2 months) by this date. 

Orientation Program
 

An Orientation Program will be organized for students who are eligible for Erasmus Internship Mobility. In the orientation program, detailed information about the mobility process will be given to the students. It is obligatory to attend the Erasmus Orientation Program for al students who are on the Main List and who are on the Backup List and want to participate in the mobility without the grant.

-5 points will be deducted from the next Erasmus applications of students who do not participate in the program without showing any force majeure.

Details about the Orientation Program will be shared with the students soon.

Students who object to the results of their application can send us their objection petitions via email (erasmus@nisantasi.edu.tr) until 08.05.2023 at 17.00. No objection will be accepted after the specified date. Petitions will be evaluated and positive or negative feedback will be given to the students.
