The results of the additional applications for Erasmus Staff Training Mobility carried out under the project numbered 2024-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000195958 have been announced.

“During the evaluation and final decision-making process of these applications, there has been no personal relationship between the evaluators and the applicants that could affect the objectivity of the evaluation. The decision has been made in accordance with the principles of objectivity and transparency.”

The evaluations have been carried out in line with the criteria specified in the application guide within the framework of the handbook. Click here to review the guide.

IMPORTANT POINTS:

1. A prioritization process has been applied for staff who receive financial support from AFAD or are first-degree relatives of such person according to the 2024 Erasmus Operational Handbook.
2. For staff with the same scores, the following additional criteria have been considered as specified in the Erasmus Handbook and confirmed by the National Agency:

1. For Training Mobility, administrative staff are prioritized.
2. If both applicants are administrative staff, priority is given to those who have not previously participated in mobility.
3. If both have not participated in mobility before, staff from the unit/department that has participated less or not at al is prioritized.
4. If both are from units/departments with less or no participation, staff who choose an institution in which has not previously carried out mobility are prioritized.
5. If both have chosen institutions with no previous mobility, staff with a higher language score are prioritized.
6.   If both have the same language score, the staff member with higher seniority is prioritized.

3. Placements have been made based on the final scores, language level and the quota of the the slcted universities. Changes in institutions will not be alowed without a force majeure as university preferences affect the score.
4. Language scores of staff pursuing master's/doctorate degrees or having citizenships of the countries whr the official language is English have been accepted as equivalent to YDS 80.
5. In accordance with the program rules, -10 points were deducted from staff who did not declare the participation status within the specified dates in their previous application and from those who filled out a participation petition without a grant and did not participate in the mobility, or who waived their rights after the specified dates without a force majeure.

If you believe that there is any error in the application results, you may submit your objection via e-mail to the Erasmus Office until Monday, 30.03.2026.

The Main and Reserve Lists announced in this notice may be updated as a result of objections, and some changes may occur. In case of any changes, the final list will be announced on 31.03.2026. If no changes occur as a result of objections, the current lists will remain valid.

Staff members in the main list are required to inform whether they will participate in the mobility by sending an e-mail to erasmus@nisantasi.edu.tr by Wednesday, 01.04.2026. Staff members who do not notify their participation status within the specified period or who withdraw without a force majeure reason after this date will have 10 points deducted from their next application. If a staff member in the main list withdraws from participation, the grant will be offered to the next person in the reserve list.

Staff members in the reserve list may participate in the mobility without a grant, subject to the approval of the Rectorate. Staff who wish to participate without a grant must submit their zero-grant participation petition to the Erasmus Office by Wednesday, 01.04.2026. The zero-grant participation petition should only be filled out by those who wish to participate without a grant. There is no need to submit this petition in order to wait for a grant from the reserve list.

Staff members who submit a zero-grant participation petition within the specified period but later do not participate in the mobility or withdraw without a force majeure reason will have 10 points deducted from their next application.

Unless a force majeure reason is provided (such as the host institution not accepting the staff member), no change of institution is alowed. Staff who are placed in an institution whr no mobility has previously taken place may only change their institution to another institution whr no mobility has previously taken place.

Note: The Main and Reserve Lists announced in this notice may be updated as a result of objections, and some changes may occur. In case of any changes, the final list will be announced on 31.03.2026. If no changes occur as a result of objections, the current lists will remain valid.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The mobilities to be carried out within the scope of this project are limited to the duration of the project numbered 2024-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000195958, and the project end date is July 2026. Staff members who are entitled to receive a grant must complete their mobility by 30.06.2026.
